Got a question?
What documents are required to hire a campervan?
To hire a campervan, we require two utility bills or official documents dated within the last three months. These documents help us verify your address and ensure all rental agreements are processed smoothly. Returning customers must follow the same booking process unless they have completed two consecutive bookings within that three-month period, in which case the previously provided documents will be sufficient.
What happens after I have booked my dates with you?
Once we have confirmed that the dates are available we will ask you for an email address/postal address, so we can send you a booking invoice. Once the initial booking fee has been paid the dates are yours. You will get an invoice to state the full amount due 6 weeks before the hire date.
What if my travel date are less than 6 weeks away?
We would require the full amount of hire to be paid at the time of booking/confirmation.
What documents do I need?
We will need to see each driver’s full license, plus a utilities bill with an address that matches your license that’s dated within the last 3 months. We also ask you to obtain a code from the DVLA to supply to us, so we can do relevant driving license checks.
What is the code for the DVLA check and how do I obtain it?
This is a code that allows you to check or share your driver information and can be easily obtained from gov.uk website. The code is only Valid for 21 days and you will need your national insurance number, driver licence number and post code where the licence is registered. Please click the button below to visit the DVLA website and obtain your code.
Will I need to get my own insurance?
The rental of the van includes fully comprehensive insurance for one Driver and full terms can be found in the terms and conditions on this website. Please ensure you check this and that you meet the criteria.
Will I have to pay a deposit?
When we agree your booking, we ask for a booking deposit that secures the date, this amount will depend on the total cost of your rental (usually 25% of total hire and is non-refundable) We ask that the full balance is paid 6 weeks before the hire date.
For the date of hire we will also require a deposit (£750 or £1000 for drivers 25 and over) see our Terms & Conditions for full terms as the amount will be higher for younger or older drivers. This cover any damage/breakages and insurance access and will be returned to you within 7 days of the vehicle being returned on time and in the same condition it was hired out to you.
The Security deposit amount needs to be cleared funds in our account at least 5 working days before hire. We can take the deposit on a card on day of hire which holds the deposit amount but doesn’t debit it unless of any damage etc. ( amounts always discussed prior to debiting).
Is there a daily mileage limit?
Rentals may have mileage restrictions depending on the length of hire. Please check this allowance before you make your booking. Please also be aware we may ask you where you are travelling to so we are aware of the whereabouts of the vehicle in case of emergency or breakdowns. We reserve the right to turn down rentals we believe may put the van at risk of being damaged or stolen or that we suspect to be used in illegal activity.
Can I take it to a festival?
We do not permit vehicle Hire for use at mainstream festivals and the vehicle is fitted with a tracking device. We ask you to provide us with details of a festival and we can make a decision on that basis.

How do I make payment?
We accept bank transfers, PayPal or card payment over the phone and the details will be supplied to you on booking.
What if I need to cancel?
