Booking Process

Each Campervan or Motorhome has its own availability Calendar and are available for hire throughout the year. Please check the calendars for your specified dates and contact us to commence the booking process -shown below

Driver Requirements

All our Campervans and Motorhomes include fully comprehensive insurance and generous mileage allowance (restrictions apply ) –

Two nights 300 miles, three nights 400 miles, four nights 500 miles and so on… a minimum week UNLIMITED MILEAGE
Full UK breakdown cover is provided with every booking.
The document criteria is set by the insurers. Below is what is required for each driver for every booking.
We allow scanned copies of documents.

What we need before the booking is confirmed

  • For each driver we need to see a scanned copy of your photo card driving licence- front and back
  • For each driver we need a DVLA licence check code so we can view your licence details before you arrive. ( we will provide you a link to obtain this and help with this should you require)
  • For each driver, another proof of address to show the name and address which must also match the driving licence e.g utility bill/bank/credit card statement etc and be dated within the last 3 months.

Collections/Returns

All collections are made from our Campervan Hire premises in Ashbourne Derbyshire. We will send a welcome email with the address and directions ahead of the booking.
Collections are between 10.30am-3pm
Drop offs are strictly between 12.00 – 1.30pm

carrying on from Covid restrictions and other customer handovers a more specific time may be given at the time of booking or in your welcome email. We politely ask on your return that you message us when you are one hour away so we can ensure someone is at the property and welcome you on return.

Collection and Drop off times have to be in place to ensure social distancing at the property and to not overlap bookings. We also sometimes have quick turn around times so this can impact negatively on the next customer.

We know that sometimes things can happen that may delay you and would ask you just keep us updated.
We have a CCTV protected gated driveway giving you the option to leave your personal vehicle should you so wish.

Equipment provided

Fully comprehensive insurance for all named drivers, generous mileage allowance , mains hook up lead, fridge, cooking equipment and utensils and plates/cups etc, TV, Pots and Pans indoor/outdoor table and Camping Chairs – please enquire for more information as extra equipment is offered in certain Campervans and Motorhomes.

We ask that you bring your own bedding along with your personal belongings and food products.

The campervan comes with a full tank of fuel and we ask that you refill FULL on its return please.

Security Deposit and Payments

We take a non-refundable booking deposit (normally 25% of total hire )Upon booking and the remaining balance is due 6 weeks before hire date.

A security deposit is required before every camper van booking
We have the facility to pre-authorise £750 on all vehicles and under 25 we charge £1000 on your credit/debit card. Alternatively, this can be paid by Bank transfer to have cleared 5 days before collection.
In the unlikely event you damage the camper or its equipment the deposit may used to offset costs. When we are happy with the safe return of the camper and all its equipment, we will refund your chosen card or bank account.
